If I have a problem playing a video, what do I do?
Answer:
We make our best effort to record every paid show so that you can enjoy it again at a later date. However, we make no guarantee that all shows will be recorded, remain available to guests, or will remain on the site indefinitely.
Sometimes, videos just dont record properly and sometimes, they get corrupt. If you experience issues with a recording, such as the video freezing, please check the Tips for Video Troubleshooting FAQ in this section for options. If none of the suggestions fix the issue, you may use the Report Issue button and submit a ticket, stating the problem you are experiencing with the video in question. Otherwise, please reach out to Customer Support. IF a refund is deemed appropriate, it is given.
